This Week

I will have my Bone Scan and a CT Scan done to make sure that there is no other cancer in my bones or the rest of my body. I believe that my oncologist wants my first Chemo treatment to be near the end of the month..so I will have to make an appt to get my port "installed" - haha

Unfortunately, I still have my drain :-( That's getting old! However, I think they will take it out on Monday or Tuesday. I can't wait!

    I certainly hope the "undrain" you soon--that thing is getting to be like a permanent body part!!!

    Hey Laura!
    This is Patty. I don't think we've seen each other since my wedding. My prayers are with you through all this. I know you're strong enough to get thru. That port will help a lot. I've been trying to finish what I hope will be my last course of chemo but I got held up by the flu.
    Stay strong and remember we are all with you!
